Tell us about yourself. 

I really love theater! I am in Page to Stage Productions, a theater club at UConn, and it is one of the most fun things I have ever been a part of. I love watching shows and movies, especially rom-coms! I also enjoy hiking or going to the beach. You can also probably find me looking for places for a cool photoshoot, writing, or pretending I’m on my world tour in my room.

What is your favorite spot on campus?

The Student Union Terrace at Storrs holds some great memories because it is where the first in-person social event I went to at UConn was. It is a really nice place and has a good, open view!

What do you love most about being a UConn student?

The community at UConn is really great. I admire everyone working together for great causes, such as raising money for Connecticut Children’s during HuskyTHON. There is also so much school spirit and togetherness, which is so amazing to be around every day. There is an opportunity for everybody to get involved with something they are passionate about and to meet great people!

What is your best advice for a UConn transfer student?

Get involved! There is so much you can do at UConn, and you will really enjoy being a part of something and meeting new people. It can be scary at first to join a new club or start conversations, but you won’t regret it! Most people you meet will be super welcoming and kind, and making friends and doing something you love will fill your time at UConn with so much fun and excitement. You never know what could happen, and whatever you do could end up leading to some really great experiences and friends for life.
